BEST real estate agent ever!!! My husband and I have worked with multiple real estate agents over the years, as we have moved seven times in 11 years for work. Nobody is better than Deborah in terms of knowledge of the business, the San Francisco market and enjoyment of the process. Deborah made the process of finding a condo for our daughter easy and fun. Not only did we find the perfect home to purchase but we learned so many fun and useful facts about the various neighborhoods she escorted us through. Our scenario: My senior parents wanted to relocate. After 50 years in SF their home needed a "little" freshening up (aka overhaul). With Deborah's trusted network we transformed what already was a SF classic into a show stopper! I could hardly believe my eyes at the reveal and the listing pictures. Under my breath I could be heard saying I wish "I" could have kept the place! I digress. You will not find a better real estate agent than Deborah. She helped us find our dream home. Denorah has decades of experience and stays in top of the market. She features all of the traits you would want in an agent - knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and diligent. In a tough market, she stayed on top of new Listings, and gave us honest assessments of whether to pursue a listing or not. Some agents might be out to make a quick buck. Not Deborah. Deborah is the top of tops we've worked with - in the entire real estate profession, but also in one of the most complicated markets. Deborah is the best agent I could imagine working with, especially in a market as crazy as San Francisco.

She knows the trade inside out, is always available (her typical text response time is about 1 minute), is incredibly patient, and will be honest with you without ever being pushy. She figured out my taste pretty quickly and focused in on what I wanted really well. She helped me watch out for things I wouldn't have thought of, and was endlessly generous with her knowledge, experience, and network. She was on my side 100% and never once made me feel pressured or rushed. The place I ended up with was never fully listed and wasn't cleaned up or staged for sale, so I never would have found it without her keen eye. I know several other people who have worked with her as well with equally excellent experiences - including really going to bat to fix issues large and small.

I rarely write reviews on Yelp but really wanted to leave one for Deborah. I moved out of my SF condo during Covid as I needed a bigger space for my son. I worked with another agent before Deborah, and she was okay but she just couldn't sell it for six months despite the fact that we lowered the price significantly. After that six months, with a strong recommendation from another friend of mine, I've decided to work with Deborah. In less than 10 days, she found a buyer who was a perfect fit for for my condo. Ultimately selling your property matters and Deborah did a fantastic job doing so, but I also want to call out how responsive and accommodating she was throughout the whole process (however late in the night. I have a full time job and a toddler so it wasn't easy for me to contact her during the day time). She's very attentive and empathetic, and I can't recommend her enough. - 6/05/2021
